This paper is a reply to the 'Several problems on the designing of the millisecond order radio receiver in early 1980's in Beijing' by Zhen et al. Some problems such as the calibration, the zero-point, the electronic attenuation, the A/D converter, the formation of the output data and others in our primary radio receiver with millisecond time resolution are discussed. The design of the system is thought to be correct and applicable.
