The relative distance indicator M-asterisk for 10 clusters of galaxies is used here to construct the Hubble diagram. After making necessary corrections, it is found that several of the nearer clusters exhibit correlated peculiar velocities which, together with the motion of the Local Group (LG), point generally in the same direction, close to the direction of the LG motion relative to the microwave background radiation. The difference between the peculiar radial velocity vectors of Virgo and the LG indicates that the LG does not exhibit an 'infall' to Virgo but is slightly separating from Virgo at 80 km/s once the Hubble expansion is removed. This result is independent of flow model and Hubble parameter. The peculiar velocity of Virgo reduces the Hubble parameter by 35 percent compared with no peculiar velocity. The present data yield a solution for Omega of 0.9 + or - 1.0.
