Observations made with the 1.5-m La Silla ESO telescope at a dispersion of 172 A/mm are used to obtain radial velocities for 39 galaxies in 13 rich clusters in the southern hemisphere taken from the catalog of Abell et al. (1989). For each cluster, the galaxy identification number, the right ascension and declination (1950.0 equinox), and the heliocentric radial velocity are given, along with the internal error of the measurements. It is noted that the coordinates are accurate to about 1 arcsec. Redshifts are presented for 4 cluster cDs for which radial velocities were available in the literature.
