We present observations of the luminous infrared galaxy IIZw96 taken with the Spitzer Space Telescope, as well as HST. IIZw96 was selected from the Great Observatories All-sky LIRG Survey (GOALS). For the first time, we show high spatial resolution mid and far-infrared data which demonstrates that the majority of the bolometric luminosity originates from a highly obscured region not associated with the nuclei of the merging galaxies. Mid-infrared colors and spectra suggest that the luminosity originates in a deeply embedded starburst region.
