Observations of infrared emission lines are reported for the compact H II regions G29.9-0.0,G45.13+0.14A, W490H2, W511RS1 and IRS2, G75.84+0.4, S106A, W3IRS1 and IRS3, S156, Mon R2IRS1, K3-50A and the H 2 region at the galactic center Sgr A IRS1. Measurements of the fine structure lines of NeII 12.81 micron, SIV 10.51 micron and ArIII 8.99 micron are presented, along with measurements of the Br alpha 4.05 micron recombination line of ionized hydrogen. For several of the least obscured objects, measurements of SIII 9532A, R delta 10048A and HeI 10830A are reported.
