An Hα survey of 8 low-redshift clusters has identified a subset of cluster spirals with tidally-induced starbursts. The kinematics of these galaxies are consistent with first infall into the cluster. This suggests that spirals may be transformed to S0's by gravitational interactions not only in a group environment, but also in the process of virialisation of infalling material from the field.
