New time-dependent, 3D GRMHD simulations possess tremendous potential for testing strong field general relativity and advancing our understanding of accreting black hole systems. However, detailed analyses comparing the results of such simulations with observations are lacking. I present results from the application of a new, analytic ray tracing code to tilted disk simulations, and compare the predictions with current and future observations of Sgr A*.
