We present a multiwavelength study of high-z galaxies (z 1 to 4), using Hubble Space Telescope optical (ACS) and near-infrared images (NICMOS). The morphologies of detected objects are categorized quantitatively by the Gini coefficient, M20, and the 2D Sersic index. A catalog of sources has been created and cross-matched between the multiwavelengths. The data includes the ACS filters F606W, F775W, F850LP, and NICMOS filters F110W, and F160W as part of the UDF05 campaign. We obtained photometric redshifts and plot the M20 and Sérsic index versus redshift for different wavelengths. As part of the multiwavelength coverage we have artificially redshifted FUV-bright galaxies of various morphologies to z 1 and 4, and we compare these morphologies with galaxies observed in the GOODS/ACS B-, V- and i-bands, which are FUV-bright z 1.5 and B-dropout LBGs. Our purpose is to determine trends in morphologies as a function of redshift and to bring to light possible biases due to incompleteness in wavelength coverage.
