It is postulated that the lepton existing in addition to the muon and electron may have an associated neutrino, implying that cosmological helium production in the early universe may be higher than had been previously supposed. Values of He production in the 23-29% range are assumed. It is also suggested that the rate of He production may increase as the universe expands. Attention is given to the measurement of neutrino decay as an indicator of helium production.
