A method is proposed for solving a conjugate system of variational equations for evaluating the first- and second-order isochronous derivatives in the two-body problem. Relations suitable for orbits of any type are derived in a form convenient for computer application. For nonparabolic orbits, the relations assume a simple form. In addition, formulas for the isochronous derivatives with respect to the gravitational parameter are proposed.
