The two proposed emission regions on opposite sides of a ring of matter in the accretion disk surrounding the massive black hole in the Fang Li Zhi and Ruffini (1979) model of the Dopplar SS 433 are localized on the basis of recent experimental data. Best-fit ring inclinations and radii are presented for interpretations of the four sets of periodically frequency-shifted spectral lines as arising from Doppler shifting of the He I 6678-A and H alpha lines, and from the physical shifting of the H alpha line alone.
