We present resolved stellar photometry of the peculiar disk galaxy NGC2976 obtained with the Advanced Camera for Surveys (ACS) as part of the ACS Nearby Galaxy Survey Treasury (ANGST). Our measurements cover over 5 scale-lengths of the disk. The outer portions reach a depth of F606W 29, one magnitude fainter than the red clump. The inner portions reach the crowding limit at a depth of F606W 27. Through detailed analysis and modeling of the resulting color-magnitude diagrams, we have reconstructed the star formation history of the stellar populations currently residing in these portions of the galaxy. We discuss the changes in the stellar populations with galactocentric distance and the implications of those changes for the evolution of such disk galaxies. ANGST is supported by HST GO-10915 administered by NASA.
