Effective temperature, gravity and helium abundance were determined by a NLTE analysis of high resolution International Ultraviolet Explorer spectra and visual coude spectra. The results are: Teff = 55,000 K + or - 2500 K, log g = 5.3 + or - 0.3 (CGS), N (HE)/(N (H) + N (HE)) = 0.6 - 0.10 + 0.15. The evolutionary status of BD + 75 deg 325, as well as of other SdO stars, is discussed by comparing the positions in the Teff plane with evolutionary tracks computed for stars with similar H-He mixtures.
