Point X-ray sources with faint variable radio sources are investigated. It is suggested that the radio emission from point X-ray sources is due to plasma oscillations in the outer region of an accretion disk around a neutron star in a binary system where the inflow of matter through the inner Lagrange point impinges on the disk. A possible test of the suggestion would be to observe the radio sources at wavelengths much longer than 2 cm. The absence of radio emission at low frequencies would support the proposed model.
