Radio observations of Cygnus X-1 at 2.8 cm, 6 cm, and 11 cm were made during the international observational campaign of August 1977. The observed average levels of radio emission were higher than normal for this source, and the optically-thin (non-thermal) spectral index of alpha = -0.5 observed on two days is highly unusual. No variability on a time scale of hours was observed although clear evidence of day-to-day variability was seen.
