A photoelectric sequence of 24 stars in the magnitude range 10.20 < V
< 16.95 is presented in the region surrounding the edge on Sculptor
Spiral Galaxy NGC 55. The sequence is intended to provide zero point
calibrations for the study of bright stars in the galaxy as well as for
a search on the globular clusters.
