New jets have emerged in 2005.7 from the central binary in R Aquarii since our previously reported Chandra and VLA observations in 2000 and 2004. Although the new activity has been reported at previous AAS meetings, we present here the results of detailed analysis of the new activity, including an exhaustive search for short term variability. In spite of the detection of a 1734 s period at a 95% confidence level in an observation of R Aqr taken in 2004.0, we were unable to detect any variability in this more recent 2005.7 observation. The methods used to search for variability are described, as well as analysis of the x-ray spectra of the central compact source, the non-thermal jets and the thermal outer lobes. The longer exposure 2005.7 observation is considerably more sensitive than the previous two, and reveals more detail and new spectral features than previously. The bright, prominent NE lobe continues to move outward, but has changed direction and speed. The main SW lobe, which had faded between 2000 and 2004, has not faded further, but has changed shape. The 2005.7 observation reveals a still fainter lobe between the main SW lobe and the central source, with enough counts to give a rough temperature estimation.
