Developing scientific balloon payloads with NASA proved to the perfect
training ground for a future as a telescope repairman in earth orbit.
The crucial experience I gained from working on suborbital programs will
be described along with the mapping of how that experience helped me as
an astronuat to upgrade and repair the Hubble Space Telescope.
