Scientific paper
Errors connected with the use of the Ascorecord 3 DP and Ascoris coordinate-measuring instruments are determined. The accuracy in determining the position of an object in a system of coordinates is estimated and the influence of temperature effects on the measurement process is estimated. The residual errors in the measured coordinates do not exceed + or - 0.5 micron.
