We report that a spectrum of P60-M31-080723 (ATEL#1627) was obtained with the Double Beam Spectrograph on the Palomar Hale Telescope on Aug 1 UT. Bright Balmer emission lines, H-alpha, H-beta and H-gamma were observed with gaussian FWHM velocities of 2200 km/s, 1850 km/s and 2600 km/s respectively. In addition, OI (7773 Ang, 8446 Ang), Mg II (8232 Ang, 9226 Ang), NI (8692 Ang), Ca triplet, Na D and FeII(42) lines are also observed.
