The structure and kinematics of a gas-dust complex connected with the Cyg OB1 association and open clusters NGC 6913 and IC 4996 have been investigated. The authors have analysed the optical and radio brightness distribution along with the radial velocity field provided by the available observations in Hα, CO, H I and recombination radio lines. Several new ring nebulae and/or cavities in CO-distribution around the WR and Of stars are distinguished. The authors have revealed an hierarchical system of "inclosed" shells.
