Flux calibrated line profiles of the H-alpha and forbidden N II, S II and O III emission lines have been obtained along a cut across the core of the giant H II complex NGC 604 in M33. These line profiles and an IPCS image of NGC 604 in the light of H-alpha and forbidden N II were acquired using the Manchester echelle spectrometer II. The existence of expanding wind-driven shells of ionized gas around the Wolf-Rayet objects CM12 and CM13 have been confirmed in all four emission lines and their energetics measured. The shell around CM12 appears to have broken out of the edge of the H I ridge in which the energizing stars were formed. In addition, 450 km/s broad H-alpha 6563 A (or possibly He II) emission has been quantifiably detected from the vicinity of CM12 which is similar to that observed from Eta Carinae. Also a jet-like feature, extending to -75 km/s with respect to the systemic velocity can be seen in the forbidden S II spectra at the intersection of the two wind-driven shells. Possible dynamical models for all of these phenomena are considered.
