the IAU went and changed everything. What are ICRS, BCRS, GCRS, CIRS,
TIRS and ITRS? And the CIP and CIO? And the mysterious ``quantity s''?
There have even been rumours that sidereal time no longer exists. What
is going on, and what difference does any of this make to data analysis?
