Radial velocities are derived for 12 suspected members of the cD poor clusters of galaxies listed by Morgan, Kayser, and White (1975) and designated MKW 1S, MKW 1, MKW 2, and MKW 4. A comparison of the intrinsic brightnesses of the dominant galaxies indicates that the dominant galaxies in MKW 1 and MKW 2, and possibly MKW 1S, should be included in Oemler's (1976) list of brightest cluster members, which already contains the dominant galaxy in MKW 4. It is suggested that tidal perturbations may be responsible for the faint envelopes around the dominant galaxies in MKW 1S and MKW 4.
