Anisotropic homogeneous universe models in which the anisotropy is treated as a perturbation of the isotropic case have been considered. Upper limits on the Hubble constant, the deceleration parameter, and the number counts of radio source anisotropies have been evaluated from the upper limits on the model anisotropy imposed by observation of the relic radiation. It is suggested that Friedmann-Robertson-Walker models described adequately the universe as far as observations are concerned.
