We present the results of observations of lunar occultations of Hyades cluster members during the 5 August 1980 passage. Timings for seven events are given. Four binaries have been resolved, three of which (θ Tau, θ2 Tau, and φ 342) have been previously resolved, while the other (71 Tau) appears to have been resolved for the first time. We have also obtained an angular diameter for θ1 Tau of unusually high precision.
