Multiwavelength spectra of the long-period Algol AU Mon (P = 11.1 days) have been studied to determine the properties of the accretion structures in the binary. The spectra were collected with the 0.9m Coude Feed Telescope at KPNO and also with the 9m Hobby-Eberly Telescope high resolution spectrograph. A total of 50 spectra were collected in 1994 December, 1996 February, and continuously from 2002 December 2 - 2003 January 13. Double-peaked emission was detected in the observed H-alpha line, as well as in the difference profiles of the H-beta and H-gamma lines, confirming the presence of an enduring accretion disk. The strength of the emission varies with epoch. A partial eclipse of the accretion disk was seen, indicating that the vertical dimension of the disk is less than the diameter of the secondary star. Tomography of the Balmer line difference profiles was used to characterize the velocity structure of the accretion flow.
