We obtained CCD photometric data on the Hale-Bopp comet from March to December, 1996 using the 1.56 m telescope of Sheshan Station of Shanghai Observatory. The observational data have been reduced, and according to our data the orbital elements and the perturbational ephemeris of the comet have been calculated. In this paper the processes of reduction and calculation are stated, and the results are analyzed and discussed.
