We consider space-times with a positive cosmological constant which are developed from asymptotically de Sitter initial data. In such space-times we define the conserved mass and show that it is non-negative under a condition for the initial data. Furthermore, it is shown that the space-time is de Sitter space-time if and only if the mass vanishes. Using these results, we discuss the uniqueness theorem in such space-times.
