The high-dispersion spectra of O forbidden line III at 4959 and 5007 A are used to obtain the expansion velocity in 14 compact nebulae. All the nebulae are in an early evolutionary phase (nebular radius of less than 0.07 pc) with expansion velocities smaller than 15 km/s. The only exception is BD + 30 deg 3639 which shows double peaked emissions of nebular gas with a peak separation of 46 km/s.
