The pulsars PSR 0809+74 and PSR 1133+16 were observed at the frequencies 102.5 and 101 MHz simultaneously with 10 μs time resolution. It is shown from a cross-correlation analysis that the microstructure with timescales exceeding 300 μs is highly correlated at both frequencies, but such a correlation is absent for microstructure with small timescale (<300 μs). This difference between short timescale and long timescale microstructure can be explained in the polar cap model, due to the complicated structure of the pulsar's emitting region. For PSR 0809+74 a new value of the dispersion measure is obtained from time delay between micropulses at the two frequencies, DM = 5.751±0.003 cm-3pc.
