It is shown that the empty Friedmann-Robertson-Walker solutions exhibit much more diverse behavior in the scale-covariant theory than in general relativity. The analysis reveals that the de-Sitter-type universe need not necessarily be expanding, as in the general relativistic case. It is also demonstrated that asymptotic considerations at large cosmological times lead to the Milne and de Sitter solutions in the scale-covariant theory.
