From measures of 131 Allegheny parallax plates, combined with the visual measurements of the system, the authors derive a new orbit, parallax, and mass ratio for 99 Her. They obtain a relative parallax of 0.0660±0.0049, which supersedes the two previous Allegheny determinations. Combining this result with determinations from other observatories, a mean absolute parallax of 0.064 is obtained. With the values of a = 1.077, P = 55.54, and B = 0.355, the authors obtain individual masses of 0.95 and 0.52 M_sun;.
