Numerical solutions for the propagation of magnetogasdynamic shock waves caused by the action of instantaneous monochromatic radiation are obtained using the Runge-Kutta method. Boundary conditions at the shock surface are obtained, and variations of velocity, density, and magnetic field are graphically shown. It is concluded that these parameters increase for some distance from the shock surface toward the center of symmetry, but start to decrease after that.
