Electron collision strengths for Ca XV have been obtained using the 'distorted wave' approximation. Previous results (Mason, 1975; Dere et al., 1979) were obtained for the configurations 2s22p2, 2s2p3, 2p4. The authors present results for transitions 2s22p2 → 2s22p3s, 2s22p3d which give rise to lines in the X-ray spectra of solar active regions and flares.
