Five concepts were formulated, analyzed, and compared for satisfying
heliographic science mission objectives both with and without a
concurrent International Solar Polar Mission (ISPM) spacecraft. Based on
selected qualitative mission discriminators, an overall "best mission"
was selected and described in some detail.
