The numerical hydrodynamical study of a sequence of models is shown to
exhibit a typical series of period doubling bifurcations and a
transition to chaos as a control parameter, the effective temperature,
is varied. Depending on their behavior these models would be classified
as W Vir, RV Tau, or semiregular.
