Preliminary results are reported for a cooperative program (Mexico, Germany, USSR) to study the radio sources previously detected in the 7.6-cm RATAN-600 deep-sky surveys. Flux densities have been measured with the 100-m Effelsberg paraboloid at wavelengths of 6 and/or 11 cm for 19 RATAN-600 sources, and declinations have been refined for 13 objects. In the survey strip, the objects common to the RATAN-600 and Effelsberg surveys have a mean flux density of about 30 mJy; their positions are now accurate to 3 arcsec in alpha and 9 arcsec in delta. Three-frequency radio spectra are obtained for some sources brighter than 8 mJy. Many of the sources have been identified optically on glass copies of the Palomar Sky Survey.
