Consideration is given to a model of double galaxies of the EE type with a density distribution in accordance with King's law. The total gravitational potential of the system is calculated, and the range of possible motions of a material point in the framework of the possible motions of a material point in the framework of the problem of two fixed centers is studied for the proposed model. The results lend support to the hypothesis of active gas exchange between the two components during the early stage of system evolution.
