Two-color photoelectric photometry of V541 Cas obtained in September-December 1982 is presented. Using the Wilson-Devinney method, a photometric solution was derived which showed the system to be a detached binary with mass ratio 2.083, the less massive component filling its Roche lobe more closely. The light curve is very similar to those of AT and AZ Cam.
