We present AGILE results on gamma-ray loud Flat Spectrum Radio Quasars (FSRQs) observations. During the first year of observations, AGILE detected -excluding the Virgo Region objects- two FSRQs at high significance, 3C 454.3 and PKS 1510-08. Both of them have been detected in a flaring state more than once, showing an high degree of variability. We obtained long-term coverage of 3C 454.3, for a total of about one month at energies above 100 MeV, while PKS 1510-08 seems to be active on a time scale of the order of one week. Thanks to the rapid dissemination of our alerts, we were able to obtain multi-wavelength ToO data from other observatories such as INTEGRAL, Swift, Suzaku, MAGIC, SPITZER, as well as optical coverage by means of the WEBT Consortium and REM.
