We propose for a 75ksec XMM-Newton observation of the Type 1 AGN AXJ0447-0627. A short 20ksec observation revealed the presence of a bright and prominent set of lines in the Fe rest frame energy range. This set of lines could be described either as 5 narrow Gaussian line, which could be produced by a medium far from the central source, or as a combination of relativistic (from a ionized accretion disk) and non relativistic (emitted by neutral matter distant from the black hole) Fe lines. In AXJ0447-0627 there is an observed property that makes this object unique and deserve further attention: the very high EW of this complex of lines (~2 keV). A deeper investigation is needed to distinguish between these competitive models and to investigate the possible variability of these emission lines.
