Numerical solutions of the MHD equations for a compressed plasma with dissipative terms show that sub-Alfvenic flows from local chromospheric sources of hot solar plasma fill the magnetic tubes joining neighboring magnetic spots. The development of these sources of hot plasma under the action of fast electrons should lead to the formation of post-flare loops.
