We have taken low resolution spectrum of the optical nova M31N 2011-10d (the first spectrum description is in ATel #3699) on 2011 October 26.94 UT. The spectrum was taken with the Russian 6-m BTA telescope equipped with the SCORPIO spectral camera. The spectral range was 405-585 nm, resolution 0.5 nm. We confirm the FeII-type of the nova. The spectrum shows blue continuum with very strong hydrogen and FeII emission lines with P Cyg profiles.
