We study the statistics of isolated maxima and minima in the regions of
three contrasting spots in the WMAP7 ILC data. A non-Gaussianity of
signal distribution is detected in these regions. We demonstrate that
non-Gaussian properties are related to the appearance of low harmonics (
ℓ ≤20). Possible reasons of this non-Gaussianity are discussed.
