Long-term perturbations to the motion of geodetic satellites are analyzed which are caused by the effect of direct light pressure. Perturbations to the orbits of several geodetic satellites, including GEOS A and B, are calculated. The numerical results obtained for GEOS A are compared with observations, and a long-term perturbation with a period of about 130 days is discerned.
