The angular diameter of Aldebaran (Alpha Tauri, K5 III) has been measured by using photoelectric lunar-occultation observations in two colors. Diameter results for a fully darkened disk are 20.9 + or 2.0 milliarcsec at an effective wavelength of 7460 A and 18.4 + or 2.1 milliarcsec at an effective wavelength of 5680 A. Reappearance events were also obtained for several bright Hyades members, including a detection of the spectroscopic companion of theta-1 Tauri.
