Neutral hydrogen emission-absorption observations are reported for a wide galactic latitude range. Background continuum sources were primarily chosen to cover a broad range of angular sizes. These data are compared with those of Dickey, Salpeter, and Terzian (1978) which consist primarily of small background sources. No obvious correlation was found between the size of the background source and any of the observed H I quantities. These results put restrictions on the small scale structure of the interstellar neutral hydrogen.
