Further observations are reported of the microwave inversion transitions of NH3 arising in the circumstellar envelope of IRC +10°216. The results confirm an earlier probable detection of the (1, 1) line and a feature which may be the (2, 2) line. Interpretation of the data is complicated by an apparent blueshift of the (2, 2) line.
