The complex visibility function and fringe amplitude power spectra of solar radio emission are obtained by means of a two-element, 8.6-mm interferometry. It is found that, because the complex output of the interferometer from a quiet solar region is governed by the phase of the main sources present in the primary beam, the power spectrum expresses both the presence and the dynamics of these sources. The evolution of the modulation of the fringe parameters corresponding to the sources allows the position of active centers to be determined, along with their expansion or drift velocities. West limb, East limb, North pole, South pole and Disc Center have been studied over 316d of observation. The mean power spectra of these regions show an oscillator component for the North and South poles only, with a frequency of 5.2 MHz.
